TRANSFORM

As artists we are deeply changed by the work we do.  Whether it is within connecting with different collaborators, experiencing different performance spaces and audiences or diving into a story and allowing its magic to ignite you as it will most inevitably ignite audience members.  As we do this work Elizabeth encourages artists to support themselves physically and emotionally on this journey in ways that allow them to nourish and support themselves in a healthy way.  Artists are athletes and we must learn how to take care of our instruments and our full beings in a way that promotes vitality and clear minded health.  There are free resources as well as professionals she is happy to connect people with on their journey.
